Rashid Kalimullin invites
It is becoming a tradition that on May 6 my concert takes place in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. I invite you to an exciting musical journey through the amazing corners of the world! A young talent will appear on the stage, pianist Rui Ming, who at the age of 18 has already won the Grand Prix of many prestigious international competitions. He will play the legendary "Piano Concerto", performed in more than 30 countries and conquered the best halls of the world! I will introduce the audience to the bright overture, the classic of Tuvan music by A. Chirgal-ool, as well as to the soulful romances full of tenderness and lyricism, performed by Karina Khovalyg.

Rashid Kalimullin
"Chinese Stories-a legend of love" for cello and orchestra, I wrote especially for this concert. The soloist is a charismatic and bright musician Fyodor Amosov.

This composition is inspired by mythology, where the Chinese gods Nuwa and her brother Fuxi create humanity, embodying eternal themes of love and harmony in music.
The fast-paced rhythms of the "Symphonic Dances" inspire you to live, and the colorful poem "Sinbad the Sailor" will allow you to feel the smell of the sea, the sound of waves and take you into the fascinating world of Sinbad’s adventures.
The Moscow premiere of the symphonic poem "Cape of Good Hope", which is dedicated to the 5 founding countries of the BRICS.

"The gates of heavenly Tranquility"-the philosophical depth and oriental mystery of China, the meditativeness and atmosphere of colorful rituals of India — in the part of "Bhavachakra", light and joy at the Cape of Good Hope, dedicated to South Africa, carnival energy and exoticism of Brazil, in the part of "Mount Corcovado", at the point of the golden section, dedicated to Moscow, there is a quote from M. Glinka’s "Hail", and then the music goes to the solemn coda and the finale.

The choral part will be performed by the ARIELLE vocal ensemble under the direction of Elmira Dadasheva.
Moscow State University Academic Symphony Orchestra (MGASO)
Being one of the oldest symphony orchestras in Russia, the orchestra brilliantly performs works of world classics and the best works of modern authors. Thanks to the variety of programs and the high professionalism of the musicians, the band has earned the recognition and love of listeners throughout Russia and beyond. MGASO annually gives concerts at the leading concert venues of the capital and actively tours the regions, performing with famous soloists and conductors.
